General instructions
Registration fee is Rs.350/per-head with which external participants can participate in any number of events without time clash plus Proshows on both days.
College ID Card and Bonafide certificates is mandatory for external participants.
Registration desk will be open upto 9 am on both days.
Accomodation and food will be provided on prior request with payment of Rs.400 per day.
Students must adhere to university rules and regulations, any unruly behavior will lead to disqualification of entire team.
Students must follow proper dress code.
Judges decision will be final in all the events.
Students must follow discipline and punctuality in all the events.
Sparkz team will not be responsible for any of their belongings.
Before registering, kindly go through the event timings to avoid clash, Sparkz team will not be responsible for any such time clash.
Notes for Prelim:
Ensemble Combat - Battle of the Bands
Solo Singing - Harmony Hanabi
For these both events participants must pay Rs.350/Per-head and verify before uploading your prelims video file.
